AHS 1984 Season Premier Review

Hey everyone! – Fall is officially here and that means so are our favorite shows! I decided to add this section to the blog so we can chat and gossip about our theory’s and feelings together! Now, there will be SPOILERS so if you fall behind on episodes DON’T READ any new posts on Sundays!

Now that we’re on the same page, lets chat American Horror Story 1984! I love this show and have watched for many years now, and I gotta say, 1984 is right up my alley! I love 80’s slasher movies, the music, and the fashion, so it’s no surprise that I LOVED the season premier.

If you watched last Wednesday then you know this season is really based on the Jason movies ( you know where the camp counselors don’t watch the kids &…. well you know.) but it also has hints of real 80’s killers/or villains for lack of a better word. – The first episode introduced us to all the characters and their backgrounds, and since it’s based in LA, it’s a collective group of young individuals.

-We’ve also already witnessed a MURDER! That’s right, the strange young man they found on the side of the road was pinned to the back of the door ( classic move by the killer) yet wasn’t there when Brooke got everyone to investigate. NOW, this is what I want to chat about tonight… WHO do we think killed him?!

-Since we were informed that Mr. Jingles broke out of prison we assume right away it was him, HOWEVER, I don’t think so. My theory is that there is more to the story with Margaret and Mr. Jingles, and MARGARET killed the mystery kid! Think about it, he is around the same age as the other camp counselors (did he go up their for a job?) and was terrified when he found out he was at the camp. He also had wounds on him already when they accidentally hit him with their van.

Either way, I can’t wait for this upcoming Wednesday to find out more! Plus, this is AHS…there are always twists and turns!

-Let me know what you think! Leave a comment below!

Always

-Tara
